The Sheriff builds a jail ... all the details

Sheriff Jim Campbell is building a new jail Annex. That's nice I suppose.

But is this really a news story?

Sheriff James Campbell and jail Superintendent Thomas Wigger met with Karen Storm, the county purchasing director, to prepare requests for proposals seeking an architect and project manager for the $13.5 million project.

Can't fault the Sheriff for putting out a press release on everything he does.

But what's up with the TU? Slow news day?
