Not only is using ethanol questionable for your car, it's raising the price of milk.
Corn, the primary feed for cows, is being diverted to make ethanol, raising the price of milk. Milk prices have increased about 3 percent, or roughly a dime a gallon, this year. The average American grocery bill has gone up $47 as a result.
Per usual, our Comptroller, Mike Conners has jumped on a Republican bandwagon because he thought it would get him headlines. Forget about thinking past the headline. Nevermind what it might mean for Albany County residents.
What a schmuck!
